- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Kitchen installed in two phases due to budget restrictions (new build) and whilst the quoted price and initial workmanship was good, customer service was woeful throughout. Took up to a year to arrange phase two of the kitchen due to my calls being ignored and items not ordered (removed utility from previous quote and and also upped agreed price for phase two). Doors, when finally arrived, were damaged and replacements not available. New doors had to be sourced (poorer quality and wrong design for units). As means of compensation they offered to make (not fit) utility units to fit old doors (not sink and worktop). That was 4/5 months ago and my calls are still being ignored. Having now to go elsewhere. Would I recommend this company? Definitely not!By Admin, May 24, 2020
